Completing Your CPD Requirements with PLI: PLI and SEC Institute's live seminars count as live credit in all Australian jurisdictions. There is no limit to the number of credits an attorney can earn via live seminars.

It is up to the attorney to ensure that the CPD activity is approved by his or her Australian jurisdiction. No application for recognition is required to be submitted by the provider to these jurisdictions. ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria: If this particular educational activity is relevant to your professional development and practice, you can claim one unit for each hour of attendance. Accreditation is not currently sought in The Law Society of Western Australia. A Law Society of Western Australia practitioner may wish to apply via the CPD Form 3 Application.
